EAST LANSING, MI – A man is in critical condition after he was hit by a train in East Lansing. According to WILX-TV i n Lansing, officers were dispatched to Harrison Road and Trowbridge Road at 2 a.m. on Thursday after receiving reports that the man was sitting on the tracks. Officers responded and discovered that the 22-year-old man from Kalamazoo was hit by a slow-moving train that had reduced speed due to earlier reports of a car on the tracks, according to the TV station. Police are investigating.
