I lived in student housing for a total of six years. GO GREEN! The two years I spent in Cron Properties were my favorite in East Lansing. I lived in the Treehouse West and a duplex on Beal. The staff were always pleasant, and lenient with late fees. Cron provides 24 hour on call maintenance and support. Thankfully I never had an issue with my appliances, but it's nice to know maintenance is always on call.

So bad! *The fire alarm would go a thousand times after midnight, multiple times per night, all year! *They would cut the electricity on the whole complex a hundred times per year. *Emergency calls department are jerks! *Office only open 4 hrs a day and far away ...etc The only good thing is the location of the units (Taco bell building) Overall: very bad customer service & don't rent from this terrible company. There are so many options!
